If not able to get insurance talk to the Dr they have some package like 3000$ for full term checkup and delivery(normal) like that.One of my friend in tx dont have insurance so they took that package the Dr office offered him.

In your first post you said you were not from europe which is why greyhair asked you for your country of birth.
Anyway, being from Europe will put you in the ROW (Rest of the World) category and based on the last visa bulletin (Visa Bulletin for July 2010 (http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5019.html)) the priority date for EB3 is 15AUG03 where as EB2 is Current. If you can file in EB2 all is well for you, if not, then based on the priority date for EB3 it will take a long time for you to get the GC. Keep in mind though that ROW is not as bad as some other countries like India and China but the fact that it is currently in 03 indicates that there is certainly a backlog that needs to be cleared before the dates get current.

I don't know when exactly your case was filed. I was originally planning to file mine in summer 2005 but my attorney mentioned that there were a lot of errors and delays in the system at that time and recommended I hold off. I ended up filing in December 2005 and got approved in 2 months.

Ok, this is something I don't think I have an eye for at all (or have ever had an eye for, yet).
I have a photo project for a other photo study I'm taken. It's to photo a beauiful outdoor vista (any outdoor scene I pick).
The objective is to produce a picture that gives a feeling of distance-a feeling of near or far.
The subject is to photo a wonderful view that stretches as far as the eye can see.
So am I even close or maybe getting close to achieving this?
What do you think?

This is something that I have requested so many times now but never get a response except for "another July 2007 will never happen again". I am not sure how thousands like me will ever get any relief if we are not allowed to file I-485 and get EAD. How many more years do we have to wait for that... 5, 10, 15 ?!?! This is absolutely ridiculous.
Guys,Please do something for priority dates to be current.We are despirately waiting from 4years to file I-485...EAD...I-140 is approved long back.Atleast in this summer we are hoping......

we received a soft LUD on 04-30 we are july 2007 filers..not sure what it means..
It only means that for whatever reason your electronic case was accessed, which might even mean that someone was training a new employee on how to open a case. Not much significance should be attached to it, however.

There is absolutely nothing strange in the RFE that you got, it is as vanilla a RFE as it can get.
Just mention the duties and the title as they are in your Labor Cert. do not mix the H1-B title/duties with this one.
That said, there are several resources within the forums where you can get specific info on how to answer these !

It is about donation, not Haptaa-vasooli.....
So, before taunting anyone you should understand the meaning of "Donation".
Hold on .... I am NOT taunting any one . Even I did not contribute for many months . I had a major conflict with many IV members including Papu regarding some of IVs objectives.
While I still hold my views , I can see IVs effort in other directions as well and that made me contribute to specific efforts.
Remember , I am using the word "contribute" and not "donate" . That is your word.
It is definitely up to you when you get convinced.

But I considered all those options. All I want to do right now is to stay with my partner just a little bit longer, I can't imagine putting an ocean between us again. I understand that I'm already in a difficult situation, and I will have a lot of explaining to do in the future when applying for a visa (since as I understand my current one is no longer valid), but I just want to get a ban. That's the only thing I'm afraid of.

I didnot like the webfax as it doesnot cover wishes of many people like me. People who have approved Perm should be allowed to file I140 and I1485 under old system even if Point Based system becomes law.

I remember this bill being brought up last year also and was "supposed" to be passed but never even came up for voting...why do u anticipate this will go through this time? My wife is applying for her "H1B" and she is awaiting the lotto results...
I strongly disapprove of ppl waiting for their GC voicing against H1B cap increase because they have crossed that bridge and have H1B. I am only safely assume such ppl will voice against IV and all IV activities once they receive their GC...

I travelled outside USA before the expiry of VISA date while 7th yr H1b extension is going on based on my labor.
Here is the dates for clarity.
my visa date was upto Oct, 2005. Applied for H1b Extension in May, 2005. Travelled in June, 2005. came back in July 2005. Got approval for 7th yr. after a few days after my arival.
