if your talking about accidental dialing try AskToCall makes you confirm dialing

AskToCall is a nice tweak, really stops the 'pocket dialing' for me. I used it for about a week....but removed it yesterday.

I was thinking it was causing some battery usage and/or sluggishness issues and was removing apps one by one to see which may have been the culprit.

I'll be re-installing it....but thinking about re-installing iOS 4.1 first (on iOS 4.3.2 now, which is probably the issue in the first place).

Hmmm... now that you mentioned it, I don't think it has any jumper pins in it. I pulled it from an old Tivo box. What jumper does it need to have if I already have my main drive on SCSI?

yes 3200 is compatible ,2700 will be just fine
and you need least 184-pin PC2700 (333 MHz) DDR SDRAM
and yes all USB 2.0 eMac's with 167mhz system bus take 2 GB ram ,no firmware hacks necessary, just plug and play , then they start to take off

And...just to prove my point. iClarified (http://iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=14467) has just posted that 4.3.1 has been jailbroken (NOT FOR iPad2!). But...look closely at what i0n1c stated...most importantly item c (quoted below):

"c. I am not giving out any ETA again, because the Jailbreak community is simply nuts. Last time I gave an ETA and even before that had passed I got constantly insulted by people that were demanding an immediate release. Sorry guys the more you insult people with the knowledge to actually do what YOU WANT the less motivation there is to use our free time to give it to you."

Comex is working on a jailbreak for the ipad2. It at this point is unknown when it will, if ever, be released. Patience is a virtue....

i need more help. I got my compu upt to 9.2.2, but now when I try to install it I still get the panic jargin and it says something that I THINK means That it cant install on PowerMac 1,1. So, I got XPostFacto3, but it said it wasn't compatible with Powermac1,1...

what should I do? Is there no hope?

I'm still wondering how in the hell they are paying for all these free services offered to 10's of thousands of members (inc. me :D)...it just baffles me :confused:

i doubt they automatically set aside 1gb of space. i bet each user only uses as much space on the server as info they have on it. if a user signs up and never uses the service, only a few bytes are used, not a full gig.

From my experience, yours, and the previous generation of iMacs have great, loud sound. I'd guess the eMac's speakers are just mediocre. Try using headphones.

I do somewhat regularly run maintenance in Disk Utility. I'm assuming you meant "Verify Disk" and "Repair Disk Permissions." Ran them both again anyways.

I have one more question before I attempt this fix. Will trashing those files kill meta-data? It seems like it will playlists, but one can get that back. What about play counts, album art, genre tags, etc? I've added a lot of data in the "get into" pane and would hate to see that all gone.

Ok - so the Ipad 2 jailbreak will be released in as little as a day and it will be as simple as going to a website like the jailbreak.me that was done in the past. I expect someone with an Ipad 2 and Optimum 1.0 to help us all out!

Sup guys,

Ive got a iphone 3gs that my friend gave me to JB and Unlock. Its running IOS 4.2.1 and i wanted to restore to 4.3.2 for a fresh start to JB. When I tried to restore kept giving me (1015) error messages, I also tried the restore on a Mac and another Win7. Ive been researching on the Internet for the past 3 days! I downloaded so many programs its not even funny. I tried ~~~ Reb00tMee - iReb - Blackra1n - Recboot - iRecovery - TinyUmbrella - LibUSB - and also tried to downgrade iTunes and do all that - and many other things!! :o:o:o:o:mad:

Plz help me on this!

P.S. The symbol that the iphone is stuck on is the `Connect to iTunes` AND I AM NOT TRYING TO DOWNGRADE I AM JUST TRYING TO DO A REGULAR RESTORE. Ive done many JB's as well.

I feel your pain. I did the same thing over the weekend. My wife actually was transferring music over itunes and helped me out by updating my jailbroken, unlocked, 3gs. Which of course got stuck on the conect to itunes logo. After I changed my pants I downloaded about everything I could get my hands on to figure it out. The only thing that worked for me was redsn0w to jailbreak (I had to put the ipad firmware on it- that's the way I had it before) and then ultrasnow to unlock. Hope this helps- good luck.

I went into the Irvine Spectrum store last Thursday and they had 32gigs. Picked one up on the spot. Best Buy and Radio Shack are still waiting for theirs.

Mission Viejo had 32's and 16's. I got mine a few days ago. :D I was surprised at how many they got because At least 10 people were in line ahead of me.
